Test Drive Meme!
ONE: Post with your character! Blank comments and pre-written prompts are both okay!
TWO: Tag other players in the meme while you wait for them to tag you!
THREE: Have fun!
If you need some prompts to help you get things going, you can use the following:
1 - Roommates: You just got to El Sera and you're settling in to your new dorm or apartment. Now would be a good time to get to know your new roommate. Maybe the two of you can go out shopping for clothes and food with the allowance from Xochipilli...?
2 - Battle: You were just minding your own business when a monster suddenly attacked! Or is that another magical boy...? Either way, it's time to transform and take care of this mess.
3 - Romance: A confession, a first date, maybe even an engagement proposal. El Sera is an oceanfront city and a riverside city, so there are plenty of romantic spots to choose from.
4 - The Power of Friendship: Your friends are there for you. Whether you're in a desperate struggle or just feeling down, they're here to pick you up and help you out.
5 - Rivals: You're minding your own business when you see... him. Be it at school, while your out shopping, or waiting for the bus, things just got a lot more tense.
6 - Other: Choose your own!
In the meantime, if you'd like to get to know your fellow players OOCly, head over to the meet and greet meme!

[School... It was all a bit odd to Hakuren. Sharing a room, on the other hand, was familiar. Hakuren hasn't had a chance to go shopping yet, so instead he slips on his reading glasses, opens up his book (history, borrowed from the school library), and settles in to wait for his new roommate to arrive.]
3 - Romance
[Hakuren isn't nervous -- and even if he was he would never be so undignified as to let such an emotion show -- but he is rather excited. He waits outside Devito's just a little earlier than someone truly calm and composed would, but he puts on a good show of it -- right now he's reading with a carefully crafted expression of calm patience on his face]
[It's just that he's read the same page three times now.]
5 - Rivals
[Is that.... it is. Hakuren's good mood vanishes in a moment. This was supposed to be his mission! The very first non-school one he'd ever been given, and he had to go an show up. Maybe Hakuren should have stayed hidden and waiting and just ignored him, but he was certain something else was up. There was no way the both of them showing up here was coincidence.]
[So he reveals himself instead, stepping into lain view and raising his voice enough to be heard.] Isn't it past your crewfew? [The wind tugs at Hakuren and his clothes, setting both his ponytail and ribbon tie to fluttering in the wind, and the moonlight shines off his fine blond hair.]
[He'd make for a rather striking figure, if it wasn't such a ridiculous way to announce his presence.]

[It's time to reprise what something he'd been pleased enough to have out of the way since a good enough time ago at Goldkrone Academy. That is, the first step in settling into a shared space is designating a sub-space to be under your jurisdiction.
It's a hygiene factor more than an enjoyment one. He doesn't count on spending much time in his dormitory any more than where he's from. Maybe he'll similarly find a place to convert into a study. But even so.]
I'll be keeping books here... clothes here... and everything else, I'll try to keep to this drawer.
Do I have any objections?
Scenario 2 + 5 - Battle/Rivals
[There, could he handle this or not? Of course he could! He just needed to transform first - if Ahiru had been able to do this (and oh, she was far, far worse than him!), then he absolutely could!
He gets out of sight, panting, leaning his back against a building - pauses to quickly rub at the lenses of his glasses with his cravat and replace them - pulls the sheet of music out of his pocket, and transforms.
He rounds the corner to get back into the fray and sees - he growls... Of all people to have to show up to upstage him, not you!]
Who called you?

[On the bright side, he isn't Sherlock. And on the down side... he isn't Sherlock. John has taken up residence with a book in the sitting room and watches his new flatmate go about his business over the top of the novel. He really should get to know the other man, the better to actually gauge him as a flatmate.]
Fancy a cuppa? I saw a cafe just the other side of the block. Could do with a walk.
2 - Battle
Bloody hell! [John isn't the sort to flash his service pistol in broad daylight, but there's a thing that looks like a cross between a leopard, a squid, and a small car bearing down on a group of fleeing civilians. This is utterly mad.]
[He ducks into the nearest alley and... is he really doing this? The screaming out in the street says he is. John slots the bizarre blue magazine that had drawn him here into his gun and transforms in a burst of light. He's going to just ignore how ridiculous he looks as he dashes back out, pistol now an oversized assault rifle. With any luck, there will be other Xochipilli employees around to help.]
5 - Rivals
[John's an easy-going guy, but something about the other bloke just grinds his gears. It's not even the way Sherlock or Harry get under his skin sometimes. That he can tolerate. He wouldn't usually start a confrontation in a cafe of all places, but they need to talk this out before John punches him in the face.]
[Without preamble, John seats himself in the chair opposite and picks up a menu, not deigning to look up.]
Reckon we should talk about that last battle, yeah?

[ Perhaps unfortunately for his friend, two males regarding each other as mates is a concept Fiver still has trouble grasping. So he thought nothing out of the ordinary of their agreeing to a little "date" out to a secluded, grassy hillside which overlooked the ocean. A blanket and picnic basket are laid out at the top of the hill, but he's ignoring both at the moment.
He favors lounging in the soft grass nearby to sitting on cloth, plucking absently at leaves and staring pensively into the sea. It's still fascinating, almost morbidly so, to see how big it is. He manages to tear his attention away from the blue expanse, of course, coming up beside his companion and holding out a small stem of flowers to him. ]
Here, [ He says simply, pleasantly. The plant isn't much to look at: a thin stem with some leaves clinging to the bottom and tiny yellow petals clustered at the top. Impressive, no; but it's a tasty flower. And. He might just enjoy showing off how good he's gotten at using these human hands. ]
2/4—Battle/Friendship
[
aaaand mood whiplash][ Snare. It's moving, wrapped tightly around his waist rather than his neck, pinning one of his arms to his side. And still all he can think is that the thick, rope-like vine that's dragging him into the underbrush is a metal wire that will choke the air out of him.
There are already deep scratches in it, left by his own claws in an attempt to free himself, and the energy he's expended only served to send him deeper into panic. Struggling against the strong pull, heels digging into the dirt, somehow his thoughts travel back to his home, his friend's voice coming back to him. No good biting wire... ]
Can't break it! [ His eyes are fixed, wide-eyed on the source of the vine, unable to look back to his fellow even while calling out to him. He gives a strangled yelp as he's forced to his knees and dragged further. ] Dig out the peg-- th-the creature. Go for the...
[ Words are caught up in his lungs along with shallow, uneven breath, muscles going rigid and useless as terror grips him tighter than the monster which draws him in. ]

[Really? He has to transform for this? Fine. Casper clenches his fists, letting the light blue uniform spread over his entire body. He stomps the ground, sending the monster sliding over the suddenly slippery ground.]
3 - Romance
[Is... someone looking at him? The whole area is kind of a romantic spot, but he's not here with someone else. Is someone getting the wrong idea?]
6 - Other
[Okay. So the conversation got to this point... he has to spill it.]
Yeah. I'm a demigod. As in a kid of a god. ... I'm serious, okay!
